Getting a "token contains an invalid number of segments" message trying to integrate using PHP

Hello guys,
I am trying to integrate the API using PHP, but I am receiving an error message saying “token contains an invalid number of segments”. Please help me how to integrate it using PHP, if there is a video you can provide a link or help me with steps.

This incident may happen when you send an invalid token to our API, you might probably be sending a refresh token instead of the access token, can you confirm that you are sending the correct token?
