hey i have been testing this payment using django-python fortunately it has been working but only to the number i have added to approved numbers other number it isn’t working showing an error that the number not found for testing mode
how will move from testing mode to live mode do help me
Hi @django , please go to your dashboard and upload your official documents to have a verified account for you to be able to perform transactions on more than 3 phone numbers.
I did but still in pending status for about 5 days
How long does it take to get verified?
Can you please tell me the names you used to submit your verification request?

What if I don’t have certificate for business is there any way to get approved like it’s for student purpose?

Hello @Eloi I was trying to integrate payment with paypack but trying to use Sdk can u elaborate the process as am trying to initialize the cash in and get the access_token error and when i try to login also get same error could u please help me out? it’s urgent

Hello Paypack support. I hope you’re doing well. I applied for merchant verification about five days ago, and my account status is still pending. I have successfully integrated the Paypack API into my e-commerce website, and I’m now preparing to accept live customer payments. Could you please let me know if my verification request is still being processed, or if you need any additional documents or information from me? Also, when can I expect my merchant account to be activated for live transactions? Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
